Kentucky Colonel
A named variety of
spearmint. Can be used in any recipe calling for spearmint,
including mint sauce and mint jelly. Put a sprig in your iced
tea (or something slightly stronger), close your eyes and imagine
you're in the winner's circle at Churchhill Downs on the first
Saturday in May.
